LifeBioencapsulation partners showcased their innovative research for Project NEOGIANT at the XIX National Aquaculture Congress (XIX-CNA), held from June 17-19, 2024, at the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
Representing the NEOGIANT project, LifeBioencapsulation presented two posters and a session. The posters titled “Effect of a Functional Additive Based on Microalgae and Plant Antioxidants on Digestive Functionality in Gilthead Seabream Juveniles” and “Effect of Including a Functional Additive Based on Microalgae and Antioxidant Substances on Tissue Oxidative Status in Gilthead Seabream Juveniles” highlighted significant advancements in aquaculture nutrition.
Additionally, LifeBioencapsulation delivered a compelling presentation focused on their research findings, further contributing to the scientific discourse on sustainable aquaculture practices.
The XIX-CNA, organized by the Spanish Aquaculture Society (SEA) in collaboration with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) and its Research Group in Aquaculture (GIA) under the Institute of Sustainable Aquaculture and Marine Ecosystems (IU-ECOAQUA), provided a vital platform for sharing knowledge and fostering innovation in the field of aquaculture.
Take the chance and exchange experiences and knowledge about the importance of finding sustainable alternatives to reduce AMR.
